Welcome to Pak-Exporters. These Terms of Service govern your use of our B2B marketplace platform, including the website, mobile applications, and services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To use certain features of the platform, such as submitting RFQs or becoming a seller, you must register for an account. Suppliers are subject to rigorous verification protocols. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Marketplace Transactions

Pak-Exporters facilitates B2B connections. The actual contract for sale is directly between the buyer and seller. While we offer Trade Assurance features to secure payments, we are not directly responsible for the manufacturing or shipping of products unless otherwise stated via a managed logistics contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pak-Exporters or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
